Dear customers,

Today between 4 AM to 8 AM we have experienced difficulties connected with Azure that significantly impacted functioning of the platform.

The issue resulted in the disruption of event processing and unavailability of most of the modules.
Because of that campaigns which were scheduled today between 4 AM to 8 AM were not executed. We kindly ask you to duplicate them and send them again.

All campaigns planned for today after that time will be executed according to the schedule.

The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

We apologize for any inconvenience resulted from this issue and we appreciate your understanding.

The cause of the issue has been fixed by Azure, however You may encounter minor delays with event processing.
