We would like to inform that all issues related to today’s outage has been resolved.

We did encounter data processing issues between 2:30 PM and 3:15 PM CET thus all requests will be approached individually, in order to process the issues please contact synerise.com/support.
Campaign scheduling has been restored, previously planned campaigns have been sent. Newly planned campaigns will be sent without interruptions. All events have been processed correctly and we dod not lost any of them.
