Between 9:15 AM to 10:20 AM, we experienced issues with activities and assets modules. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
Moreover, during that time we found issue related to DDoS attack. It has no impact on our service but we are investigating and monitoring this issue.
A part of issues related to activities & assets have been resolved. The activities and Assets are processed according to the schedule and agreements made with our customers.
Unfortunately, we are still struggling to solve the problem of connection with the attack.
We have identified the root cause of this issue and we are working to resolve that.
