Event Enriching Interruption – (July 10th, 11:03–14:03 CEST)

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that on July 10th, between 11:03 and 14:03 CEST, there was a temporary issue with the event enrichment functionality. As a result, some events were not enriched, and processes relying on enriched event parameters may have not functioned properly during this time window.

The root cause of the issue has been identified and resolved, and we have implemented preventive mechanisms to avoid similar disruptions in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
