On October 22, 2025, between 13:20 and 14:35 CET, some of the Clients experienced issues with AI Recommendations and Search API responses.
In certain recommendation campaigns, the API returned empty data arrays, resulting in missing recommendation frames on some client websites. At the same time, Search API responses for specific indices contained incorrectly formatted itemId values, causing missing product results in the affected markets.
The issue was introduced by a backend change deployed around 13:10 CET and intermittently impacted data serialization.
Right after detection, the issue has been fully solved and the systems returned to normal operation shortly after.
Impact: Partial loss of recommendation data and search mismatches for selected Clients.
