Please be informed that planned technical maintenance works on the EmailLabs platform will take place during the night of January 31 to February 1, 2026, and during the night of February 28 to March 1, 2026. This may result in short service interruptions.

The maintenance is scheduled for the following periods:

February 1, 2026, between 00:00 and 08:00 (CET)

March 1, 2026, between 00:00 and 08:00 (CET)

During these windows, brief interruptions in service availability may occur. Individual downtimes should not exceed 60 minutes.

Temporary unavailability may affect:

• the EmailLabs panel,

• API access (API-REST, API-WSDL/SOAP),

• SMTP service.

Any panel-based campaigns scheduled during this time will be temporarily paused and automatically resumed once the maintenance is completed.

Please take these maintenance windows into account in your schedules and, if possible, consider rescheduling planned sends.
