No data at clients' card in CRM


All critical issues have been resolved. The activity import is processed according to the schedule and agreements made with our customers.

Hello, below you can find new udates about this issue.

First of all, Synerise is processing all data in real time. Secondly, we’ve imported 80% of activities from the last 2 weeks (ETA: 12:00 today)

Our next steps:

  1. We are going to process import of all transactions from 1 January 2019 to 1 August 2019 (ETA ~ 2 days)
  2. Import rest of events from 1 January 2019 to 1 August 2019 (ETA ~ 11 days)
Problem Identified

The import of transactional data is in progress. In the next step, the remaining events will be imported as well.
As a reminder, this issue is exclusively connected to the display of activities. The whole system is in real time.
