We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance of our database infrastructure on September 3, 2026, between 01:00 AM and 02:00 AM CEST.
During the maintenance window, we will sequentially restart database servers to perform necessary maintenance activities. Most platform functionality will remain available throughout the maintenance. APIs will continue to operate; however, brief interruptions of up to a few minutes may occur for write operations in individual modules.
Potential impact:
Automation, Campaigns (email/push), Analytics, CRM, Templates, and Landing Pages — services will remain available via API. Brief interruptions may affect write operations, such as creating or editing campaigns and templates or performing imports.
AI (Recommendations, Search, Product Catalog) — services will remain available via API. Short interruptions may occur when making configuration changes or performing catalog imports.
Login and Authorization — brief issues may occur when signing in to the platform, as well as with end-customer login and authorization, for example in mobile applications and loyalty programs.
Promotions and Vouchers — short interruptions may occur during the maintenance window.
Audit Log — temporary interruptions may affect writing and reading audit log entries.
Session Analytics — session processing may be briefly paused. Collected data will be processed after the maintenance, and no data will be lost.
Data collection
Data collection, including tracking and event processing, will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance. No data will be lost.
